10 June 2010 - Tomorrow our new website will be launched. From 12.00 you can check out the still evolving website of the Elf Fantasy Fair and that is also when the ticket sale of the EFF Arcen will begin. Visit us at www.elffantasyfair.com

17 May 2010 – You have to wait just a little longer…the ticket sales for the Elf Fantasy Fair Arcen will start June 8th. 

10 May 2010 - We may announce the new date for the Elf Fantasy Fair Haarzuilens. The eleventh edition will take place on the 16th and 17th of April 2011.

10 May 2010 - Unfortunately there will be no Elf Fantasy Battle at the upcoming Elf Fantasy Fair Arcen.

23 April 2010 - Sorry - now the musical workshops with Sonja Kraushofer (L'Âme Immortelle) on saturday and sunday are fully booked, too.

23 april 2010 - Don't forget to aim for the Field of Honour! There is archery galore, such as the archery on horseback demonstrations by Norbert Kopczynski.

21 April 2010 - Donderelf has moved! You can find them with the other storytellers at the storyteller's point on the Dragon Alley.

20 April 2010 - The workshop medieval singing by Syrah is completely full. However, there are still places available in the musical workshop of Sonja Kraushofer.

16 April 2010 - Do you feel like music and dancing? The Kelten Zonder Grenzen are just the band for you. They will give balfolk dance workshops in the Elf Dance Hall and will play some lively dance tunes on the labyrinth stage. They will also bring their new CD which will be launced at the EFF...the ladies are also happy to sign your copy.

15 April 2010 - The shuttle buses drive from the train station Vleuten to the terrain of the Elf Fantasy Fair and later back again. A return ticket for the shuttle buses costs €4. The buses drive from 9 am until 23.00 (Sat.) and 19.30 (Sun.).

14 April 2010 - For all you mead lovers out there; you have the chance to buy a new, exclusive and limited brand of this honey drink: the Elfia Mead! Made especially for the anniversary of the Elf Fantasy Fair Haarzuilens! Be sure you get a taste of Elfia. 

14 April 2010 - Stan Ianevski and Tolga Safer will set up a prize raffle; you can win amazing prizes and at the same time do some charity; what could be better? Find out more about the prizes and where the profits will go to on our programme page.

13 April 2010 - Are you looking to buy or sell fantasy and cosplay related stuff? Then the Manga/Holodeck is the place for you. Tsunacon will set up a Bring & Buy where you can sell or buy books, dvds and more. For this and more on Tsunacon you can take a look on our programme page.

12 April 2010 - Fire breathers hear hear! Do you want to display your fire breathing talents to an audience during the Elf Fantasy Fair? You can on the Saturday evening on the Field of Honour. You can register for this on that location. Don't forget to bring all necessary stuff.

7 April 2010 - Author Adrian Stone will present his latest novel, Ziel van de Duivel (soul of the devil); at the elf Fantasy Fair Haarzuilens.

1 April 2010 - The archery activity on the Elf Fantasy Fair have never been greater, in the weekend of the 24th and 25th of April we truly can say that one of the largest historical archery events will take place on our grounds. We are happy to present: a large number of archery merchants from a number of European countries (Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary and the Netherlands); world champion Norbert Kopczynski will demonstrate archery on horseback and archery guild Middeleeuws Ter Apel brings three historical archery ranges.

31 March 2010 - Two special workshop shall be given in honour of the EFF anniversary, given by two special artists: Syrah (Qntal, Estampie) will give a workshop medieval singing and Sonja Kraushofer (Persephone, L'âme Immortelle) will give a musical workshop. You can register for these workshop by sending an email to: kontakt@agentur-eam.de - don't forget to mention your name and tell us on what day and what workshop you want to take part in. 30 March 2010 - Another well-known actor has been confirmed for the 24th and 25th April: Harry Potter & the Goblet of Fire actor Tolga Safer - he played the part of Karkaroff's Aide, will join his fellow HP actor Stan Ianevski to the Elf Fantasy Fair.

29 March 2010 - The Belgian and Dutch Star Wars groups and Stormtroopers will bring their amazing and high-quality props; costumes and other things that seem to come straight from a movie set, to the Elfia. Visit them and be amazed! Take a look on our programme page as well.

24 March 2010 - Two regal ladies live in Lumina Garden: Goddess Diana; goddess of the moon and hunt, and Queen Titania; queen of the elves. Step through the smoke curtain and allow yourself to be enchanted by a new world full with magic and beauty. Visit and meet the royal ladies during the day and take a look around their world; however you should definitely return there in the evening when all the elfin lights have been lit. 16 March 2010 - the Inquisition of the Church of Kriegrimm, you shall encounter them in the Dark Woods, for that is the place where they will set up their camp. Guarded by the Grey Paladins; inhabited by the Priests and the rest of the entourage but above all: overseen by the Inquisitors. It might seem like an inhospitable place but that is just appearance. 11 March 2010 - They come from the very North, where the wind still can blow freely, they are driven by boredom and they have only one mission: to find new fertile lands. On their journey, their two horses make sure they get their share of laughter and despair. They have decided to stay a while on the grounds of a castle, where once a year a multitude of extraordinary creatures gather. 1 march 2010 - The more Roly, the better! Visting Elfia is each year one of the hightlights for Prof. Rotherham and we know that you adore him just as much as he does you. In the light of the 10th anniversary the Professor is going to do more than just his fabulously funny talks, he's got much more planned! Hint: famous guests and stuffed dormice. Curious yet? 16 February 2010 - Another nice thing to do at the Elf Fantasy Fair Haarzuilens is to enjoy a good story. You can listen to all sorts of tales, told by skilled storytellers. Sit down, kick back and allow yourself to go on an adventure. The storytellers include: Donderelf, Rojewolf and Abe de Verteller.

11 February 2010 - Irfan has been added to the music line-up of the Elf Fantasy Fair Haarzuilens. This Bulgarian world music and ethereal wave band plays traditional folk, mixed with other unique elements and still retain their own sound.

3 February 2010 - Warriors good and bad: hearken! In Elfia we find once more the battlefield on which the Elf-Battle will take place. The Waldmoors will fight the armies of Greenskinz... Here you can find more Elf-Battle.

1 February 2010 – HUZZAH! Elfia has chosen its new rulers! We are excited to announce who the new royals are. We present to you: Queen Bifi the First and Queen-Mother Mutti! This green duo shall be inaugurated at the upcoming Elf Fantasy Fair Haarzuilens.

27 January 2010 - We have received the video of the recently deceased Daeryl Moritrax. Watch his video here.

25 January 2010 - Royal candidate dead (murdered?). Very unexpected is the death of the forth candidate, Daeryl Moritrax, in the Elfian royal elections. His body was found on the edge of the river Myrio. The cause of death appears to be natural. However, some people claim to know that Daeryl had a meeting on that unfortunate day; with someone who looks very much like Prince Sissus. Nothing is what it seems to be but fact is that are merely three candidates alive and competing for the throne of Elfia... According to the constitution however, one can still vote on the cold and rigid candidate; once a person parttakes in the elections, he cannot withdraw from it.

6th October 2009 - The theme for the upcoming Elf Fantasy Fair Haarzuilens 2010 has not been properly introduced so therefore we want to announce it right here, right now: PANTHEON! The originally archaic Greek word can be translated as 'every god'. So, all gods are welcome at the Elf Fantasy Fair Haarzuilens to spend a little time with other fantastic and immortal creatures.
