Here are some announcements that are of interests to exhibitors who would like to register for the Elf Fantasy Fairs 2012.
For exhibitors who register for both Elf fantasy Fairs we have a very attractive discount deal.

Change of name
The license to organize the Elf Fantasy Fair belongs since 1 October 2012 to Stelf Pte Ltd in Singapore. Stelf is a Singaporese private limited company with only dutch activities and therefore indebted to pay dutch sales taxes and dutch business taxes. 100% of the stocks of Stelf are owned by Bushdragon Event President mr. Stefan Struik LLM.

Special deal when registering for both Elf Fantasy Fair 2012
For exhibitors who register directly for the Elf Fantasy Fair Arcen and Haarzuilens we have a special discount deal. If you subscribe directly to both, you will receive a discount of up to 30% a fair!

The prices for the different stands can be found below.

All prices are without tax.

For any other condition of this deal, locations, other charges, payment method please refer to section 4 of our exhibitors information. We would like to urge this information carefully.


General guidelines and exhibitor information
In our general guidelines the changes in the method of payment found in section 6.
On our exhibitors information is extensive attention to the special discount deal and sleeping on the festival terrain.


Conversion market stalls
Removing the table and placing your own tables or clothing racks (under the roof of the stall) is permitted in some locations. More information and locations can be found under 3.3 of our exhibitor information.
Expansion outside the stall are expressly forbidden, regardless of location.


Open spaces –> Plastic tents
Since Arcen 2011, we only have open spaces for exhibitors with a medieval-looking and / or fantasy-looking tent, this scheme continues. We have no open spaces available to "normal" tents. Alternatively, we have additional pavilions available.
Medieval tents are expensive to purchase than plastic tents, to compensate for this we have reduced prices of our open spaces.
The sales of exhibitors in the open spaces does not need to be medieval. We ask all exhibitors to send a picture of their tent before registration is approved.
