Below we described in 5 steps how to register for the Elf Fantasy Fairs Haarzuilens and Arcen 2012. The instructions are intended to guide you trough the registration procedure. Step 1.
Read the announcements, exhibitors information and the general terms carefully. The exhibitor information include the payment conditions, types of stands and all prices.

Step 2.
Open the map of Elfia and choose the location where you want to stand. This is not an interactive map as in the past but a simple illustration of the locations on the Elf Fantasy Fairs 2012.

Step 3.
If you wish to register for HAARZUILENS 2012 ONLY open this registration form (note this opens in a new window)

If you wish to register for both Elf Fantasy Fairs 2012 open this registration form (note this opens in a new window)

A. At the first page fill in your company and payment info, even if it is already known to us.
If your account data is the same as your company data you can click on the field “same as above”
For non Dutch bank accounts we need the IBAN number to pay back the deposit after the festival.

B. On page 2, you can choose your proffered stand space. At the bottom of this page you can specify additional products like electricity and tables you would like to order.
If you wish to have stand on more then one location, you can simply click on several fields.

C. On page 3 you can choose what goods you mainly sell. As stated in the exhibitor information, we want to offer a wide range of products, that’s why we have set up limits for the various product groups.

Finally, you agree to the general condition and exhibitor information. In addition, you can indicate whether you want to receive a promotion package with flyers and a poster

Step 4.
Within one week you will receive a confirmation that we received your registration.

Step 5.
You will receive the 2 invoices by email. Once your first payment is made, is your reservation final.
